Being a lifelong baseball fan and a one time member of the Texas Rangers grounds crew I have to admit I've never seen ANYTHING like this in my life. Hats off to the Vols for their creativity and energy taking mundane tasks and making them fun. There are some great motivational lessons that can be taken from this video. Check it out!
