Momentum is one of those things we all want as leaders. When we have momentum behind us and what we’re leading, we become unstoppable. Walking in great momentum is one of those “sweet” spots for a leader. Every move you make seem to turn to gold.

Riding the leadership “wave” of momentum is one of the most exciting things a leader can do. Like any wave though, we have to move to establish it. Think about it. In a lake, there’s no mementum in the water at all until something MOVES in and disrupts the calm. A boat rides by, a child jumps in, a wave runner comes flying by.. those create momentum because they’re moving.
If you’re looking for a title wave in what you lead, move.
